Asian Parent Link (APL) is one of the committees under the Bret Harte Community Club. APL works as a channel to facilitate and promote strong participation of Asian parents in school wide activities. We also promote collaboration among Asian parents as well as working with other ethnic groups for improving the overall quality of Bret Harte Middle School.
APL recruits Asian parents to serve in other subcommittees of the Community Club in organizing school wide activities. Currently, it is comprised of Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Filipino parents in Bret Harte Middle School.
Over the years, APL has been actively involved in the Membership Drive, Cultural Faire, Staff Appreciation Lunch, and translation projects.
