Managed by Ms. Cathy Rowland, the registrar's office at Bret Harte Middle School maintains student permanent records, transfers students out of school, requests transcript of grades and records of new students from previous school, sends records of former students to other schools and direct parents to the Enrollment Centers to enroll students.

If you're applying to a private school please send your student with the application form, a check for $15 to Bret Harte and an addressed envelope to the private school of your choice with a stamp. You need to do this for each private application. When asking the teachers for recommendations please give them also an envelope addressed to the school of your choice with a stamp.
