Welcome to the Bret Harte Wrestling Program!

CONGRATULATIONS Bret Harte Wrestlers for taking SECOND PLACE in League Finals!

The following is some general information about our team for wrestlers, their families, and those who are interested in the sport.

The Coaching Staff:

• Coach: Jeff Brown
• Assistant Coach: John Powers

Who Can Participate?

• Bret Harte Boys and Girls - 6th through 8th Grade
• No Failing Classes
• Must Have 2.0 Grade Average or Higher

Eligibility day of a meet:

• A student must attend at least four classes that day in order to compete.

Team Make Up:

• One Varsity Team (First String)
• One Junior-Varsity (“JV”) Team (Second String)
• Seats 3, 4, 5, 6, in each weight class

At meets – each wrestler will wrestle as long as there is an available opponent in his or her weight class on the other team.
